Everything is coming together and it feels like a home!

Home ownership kind of stinks sometimes (literally). My sewer line burst and I had to replace it... ouch, because replacing a sewer line that is located under concrete isn't cheap, but my plumber is amazing and he fixed the problem in a few days. Plumbing is working like new now.
I completely agree with what you said. Home ownership can be absolutely amazing at times, but at others, well it stinks. The ability to customize and make your home the way you imagine is a great feeling. But with that comes all the issues that can happen to a house, such as a busted sewer. It's worth it at the end of the day. You have to enjoy it all.
